The key to ethics is universe aware of your ethical style and understanding this style. This paper allow for interpret the result that I got when I took my ethics awareness inventory. I will also include a mastery explaining how my education has affected my ethical mentation and how it might stool conflict in situation where others reserve different views. Upon deeper indicant I base my ethical perspectives on an individuals duty or obligation to do what is morally right. To be morally right I confuse to give either individual the opportunities that every human beings is entitled to and I know that every human has intrinsic value. So if each human has value we need to treat them as such. There is non a day that doesnt go by that I dont hear the words equal luck employer on a radio or television ad. I guess the best way to describe myself is I have am obligation to the place that I work for.

So if I agree to show up to work by 8 am it is in my nature to show up at least 5 minutes before. Other characteristics that get in to mind are trustworthy, prompt, committed, dependable, on time and straight as an arrow. Before I started my education with the University of Phoenix my ethical thinking was ok but now that I am get closer to the end it is even better. Now that I have a better understanding of ethics there is much chances that my knowledge will cause conflict when other impression that I am over think a situation.
