American firm Space Exploration Technologies (Space-X) aims for its next big rear into orbit on Sunday â€" the first of 12 flights in its $1.6-billion contract with NASA to bring supplies to and from the International Space Station (ISS).
Space-X, possess by billionaire Paypal co-founder Elon Musk, is one of several private companies working with NASA to send flights to and from the ISS. NASA has been relying on Russian spacecraft for the last year, after untalkative its fleet of shuttles.
