As I felt the cool, gentle summer melodic phrase flow through me I thought of how I got to where I am presently. In my past life before I took my vows to fetch a Bhikkhu (or Buddhist monk), the older monks had told me that I essential learn to appreciate nature for its pure and clean beauty, its peace of mind and its grandeur. I could never understand the grandness of nature, why our heap spent their lives adoring it, I understood it was everywhere, and that it was old moreover I didnt see the true beauty of it, I tried only I just couldnt get under ones skin myself to feel it. That is why I am what I am now. This I know for sure.

We were taught in the monastery of what buddha once said about(predicate) trees, he said that A tree is a wondrous supporting organism which gives shelter, food, warmth and protection to solely living things. It even gives shade to those who wield an axe to cut it plenty I understood the surface value of this, but not the true meaning. We had learnt that Buddha had become enlightened under a tree. To be specific a Banyan tree, the tree with many antithetic species, the most famous being the Sri Maha Bodhi, or the Sacred Fig.

Of all my teachings it might seem strange that I can regain so clearly this one, but the answer for that is quite simple.



afterwards my previous life as a Bhikkhu, I had been reincarnated, but to my surprise, I had become a part of this nature which I had not fully appreciated, or fully understood. I had become the same thing that had enlightened Buddha all those years ago. And now nature was enlightening me. It was truly amazing the pure capacity and extravagance I could see in nature, the wind verbalize its ancient secrets through the trees that were almost overflowing with fellowship and understanding. The knowledge was of the world, of nature; its secrets and hidden beauty could all be revealed with the faintest forepart of any tree, bush, flower or grass blade.
