Week Three Team Reflection
In week three, we wise to(p) about conflict resolution and host propellents. The group influence (forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning) cleared many perceptions on how groups work. It defined the processing of a group, which will come in handy one twenty-four hours when interviewing or managing our own squads. Emma found the subject of team dynamic and conflict resolution interesting, whereas Marc and Nicole feel comfortable with all the objectives. Marc has been work in a team environment from his childhood in a family of eight, to team sports, and in every job he has ever held. The reading has helped Nicole understand the process that should be interpreted when placed into a group or team. Nicole feels excited larn this information, and wished it had been incorporated in a class earlier in her University of Phoenix experience.
While we understand the concept of teamwork it is something that we all do not feel comfortable with.
Jacqueline knows that it is a vital percent of both school and work environment because most projects straight off would be too large and overwhelming to be faultless by any one person. Tabitha feels she is better off running(a) by herself because she is more of a quiet person. While operative alone she can formulate her own game plan, whereas functional in a group limits her to going at the group pace. Kristal likes doing things on her own and not dealing with anyone. This weeks reading provided these team members with insights into how to make teamwork a better experience. Kristal has been able to look at different strategies that she can employ. Tabitha has learned to work in groups, plainly it is comfort not what she feels good at and sometimes still dreads doing.
