Dad, Life Is Good

I have chosen to do my feature term on my Dad because he was the first person to sleep together to mind and I thought it would be an interesting article. In addition, whilst he is my father, and being just two of us in our immediate family, he is a mystery, and there are more aspects of his life that we have never shared.
My Dad is Andrew Dean Paul, natural on the 25th June, 1949. He currently manages a restaurant at Trentham Estate Winery and we live in Gol Gol N.S.W.
He said he came to Trentham in unusual circumstances. He had a contract at a restaurant in disordered Hill, and a week before the contract finished he was approached by a representative from Trentham Estate selling drink in the area. Dad informed her that it was not the right clip to discuss a new wine list as he was leaving to egress to Adelaide the next week.
She happened to be the child of the owner of Trentham Estate, and she said that they were looking for a new manager, and he should travel through Mildura and talk to her brother.
Dad said he went to the winery and after seeing its magnificent river location, did not return to Adelaide. We have remained in Mildura for five years.
He gave me a truncated snapshot of his life.




I came from a family of nine children (four brothers and four sisters, a close knit family in eastern suburbs, Adelaide
My father (Grandpa) was born(p) in 1918 was a tradesman painter and served overseas in World War 2. In many ways ,he in addition was a mystery to me, to raise nine children he worked wide hours, but as we do today, he still show time to enjoy the outdoor life fishing and camping.
after finishing high school Dad started work in a bank, which he said was a rewarding and motionless experience. After a few years in that job, he developed an ambition to improve himself and his job prospects with further education, and go to Adelaide University as a Mature age student when he was 23 years old, majoring in marketing as an Elton mayonnaise Graduate.
