Abstract
The penning explains what organizational culture is, where it comes from and how every organization has its hold culture. Similarities between any culture and organizational culture do exist somewhat of them are composed of knowledge, beliefs, values, customs, and habits to name a few. The paper looks at executive leadership pieces and responsibilities and employee motivation. The paper focuses on organizational culture and how it affects leadership and other aspects of how the organization functions. The paper also shows that changes are needed from time to time and how a well balanced organizational culture must be carefully maintained to preserve the organization.

The concept of organizational cultures was offset printing raised in 1970s, and soon became a fashionable topic. organisational theorists believe that organizational culture represents the pattern of behaviors, values, and beliefs of an organization. Studies around organizational culture have been seen as great helpful and substantial for understanding organizations and their behaviors. Additionally, organizational culture has been considered to be an important divisor of organizational success. Therefore, leaders and managers pay more attention to this topic, guidance on constructing and managing organizational cultures.




Geert Hofstede a Dutch researcher, who is considered as adept of the leading experts in organizational culture. He has conducted studies that looked at the role of cultures within a single organization operating in opposite parts of the world (Silverthone, 2005, p. 9). Hoftede’s studies have showed that different national and regional ethnical groupings affect the behavior of societies and organizations and that some them are very hard to break. Hoftede used the four bipolar dimensions as a model to prove his speculations about cultural differences.
